Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request formal attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a tuxedo or suit in any color, and ladies a long gown or elegant cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate together!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a private ferry service will take guests from Portland to Peaks Island. The Casco Bay ferry will take you from the wedding on Peaks Island back to Portland!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’ve provided two hotel options with discounts in the travel section of our website, but there are many other choices in Portland. We recommend staying in Portland for convenience, as the ferry will pick up guests at 72 Commercial Street, Portland, ME. Guests can stay at any nearby Airbnb or hotel, but we highly recommend the Hampton Inn Portland Downtown Waterfront for comfort and ease of access!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

The festivities will begin with welcome drinks on Friday evening in Portland as we kick off our wedding weekend!
