FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to our wedding director, Jean, at 252-258-2191.
Question

How are you handling the pandemic?

Answer

As a result of the continuous COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone (especially our elders), we are asking that all guests either be double vaccinated or be tested one week prior to attending the wedding. We greatly appreciate this!

Question

Are masks required?

Answer

Yes, the church is an intimate venue and social distancing may not be possible. Sanitizer will be provided upon entrance and masks will be required in the church sanctuary. However, the reception is in a spacious venue and masks won't be necessary.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Friday, March 18, 2022. No exceptions.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the church no later than 1:45 pm. Once the ceremony begins, absolutely no one will be allowed inside.

Question

Am I able to record or take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Please don't. This is a private event designed only for family and close friends to enjoy. Out of respect for the bride and groom, do not take any recordings or photos during the ceremony; that's the photographer's job.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available at both the ceremony and reception.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation does not include a guest, please do not bring an additional person. Again, do not bring an uninvited guest.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation is not provided for guests. However, the distance between the church and the reception venue is about 20 minutes.
