Welcome Dinner

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

This is casual with both indoor and outdoor congregation areas. Consider bringing some warmer layers for after the sun goes down.

This event is for out of town guests, family, and bridal party. Dinner and assortment of wine and beer will be provided. Non-alcoholic drinks will also be available. We are responsible for cleaning up the venue, so please be prepared to walk away with anything you carry in.

Chautauqua Park Picnic

5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Come join us to picnic in one of Boulder's most iconic spots at the foot of the Flatirons. We'll meet in front of the ranger cottage and walk over to find a good spot. This is open to any of our guests. We are trying to create opportunities for us to socialize with guests before the big party. Bring your own meal and beverage. We'll bring extra blankets!

McCracken-Butler Wedding

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear that fun dress you've had tucked away during the entire pandemic! Think cocktail dresses for ladies and jackets (optional) and slacks.

Approximate order of events: 4:00 ceremony (please arrive a bit early) 4:45 cocktails/appetizers/first dances 5:45 dinner 6:30 toasts, grab a drink! 7:00 band begins, hit the dance floor! 7:30 desserts/cake cutting 9:45 sparkler send-off

Brunch

8:30 am

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Come join us (bride and groom) for breakfast the morning after the party before you jet off. We'd love to spend more time with you:) Please note that we are happily organizing this as a casual send-off, providing a fantastic location for another get-together. A buffet will be available and while we are not footing the bill on this one, we'd still love to see anyone that can make it.
