FAQs

If you have any other questions not listed here, please reach out to mccoybuckwedding@gmail.com.
Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Registry is here on Zola, but you showing up is enough for us!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're thinking fun semi-formal. For the guys, slacks and a button-up shirt will look great. Ladies, come ready to dance in your favorite dress.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will clearly state the names of the seats we've reserved just for you! If your invitation is addressed to you "and Guest," you are absolutely welcome to bring a plus-one. Otherwise, we can only accommodate those formally listed on the invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore little ones, we've opted for an adults-only celebration so everyone can truly relax and enjoy the night. Kids under 1 are allowed. We hope this advance notice allows you to secure childcare and celebrate with us!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve secured a room block at a great rate at a nearby hotel (Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum by the Galleria). Head over to the "Travel" tab on our website for all the details and booking links. Book soon to snag the special rate!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample, free parking available directly on-site at Brookhaven Country Club. Just look for the signs when you arrive!

Question

Will there be an after-party?

Answer

Yes! We will be doing it at Sidecar Social in Addison, where our first date was at. Will be cash bar only.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not providing formal transportation, but the recommended hotels are all a quick 10 minute Uber/Lyft away from the venue. We suggest using a rideshare service or carpooling!

Question

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The hope is for the ceremony to be outdoors and the reception indoors. Texas weather in March is unpredictable, so we have a backup plan for an indoor ceremony. Note that if the ceremony does end up being outside, we will be walking on grass.
