FAQs

Question

What dates should I plan for?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place on Tuesday, October 27th. We will check into the Villa at 4 pm the day before (Monday, October 26th), and check out at 10 am on the Thursday (October 29th).

Question

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at Villa Almanita, located just outside of Barcelona, in Sant Pere de Ribes. We'll be staying there with many of our guests and celebrating across multiple days!

Question

Can I get the address for the property?

Answer

The address of Villa Almanita is Carretera de Vilafranca km 4,6, 08810 in Sant Pere de Ribes, Spain.

Question

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN). It’s the closest major airport, about a 30–40 minute drive from the villa.

Question

When should I book my flight?

Answer

We recommend booking your flight well in advance. Highly recommend also purchasing traveler's insurance, just in case you end up not being able to come to the wedding!

Question

How do I get to the villa?

Answer

You can rent a car, book a private transfer, or take a taxi from the airport.

Question

Is there parking on the property?

Answer

Yes there is! There is plenty of parking inside the gated entrance of the property.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’re hoping to host as many guests as possible on-site at Villa Almanita. However, if we run out of space, some guests may need to stay in nearby hotels, villas, or Airbnbs. We’ll share recommendations to keep everyone close. Just a heads up, off-site accommodations will need to be booked and paid for by guests.

Question

When will we find out if we will be staying at the Villa?

Answer

We will let guests know the status of accommodations once we have the final guest count. This will be around 4 months before the wedding!

Question

What is provided at the Villa?

Answer

Air conditioning, Wifi, heating, hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bathroom towels, hair dryers, pool towels, full equipped kitchen (with blender, coffee machine, microwave, plates, cups, silverware), washing machine & drier, iron and ironing board, steamer, linens, hair dryers, & a gas BBQ.

Question

Any other events outside of the wedding day?

Answer

Yes! We’re planning a few extra gatherings like a welcome dinner & relaxed hangouts at the villa. We would love for you to join at any and all events!

Question

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 2026. Feel free to RSVP earlier though!

Question

Can I bring a guest or date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to space and venue limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be listed. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! For those with children, we will include them as part of your RSVP and wedding invite so you can let us know if they will be attending. If you choose to bring your children, we will work with you directly to make sure the Villa has what you need (i.e. highchair, crib). The Villa also has options for babysitting services.

Question

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence is the best gift! That being said, for anyone who’d like to contribute something more, you'll find a registry on this website. Since our wedding is international, we ask that guests do not bring physical gifts to the event.

Question

What should I pack?

Answer

Think vacation + celebration! We recommend packing light, comfortable clothes, swimwear, sun protection for day to day and something formal for the ceremony. The weather in Spain in October is usually a little more mild and sunny (mid 70s during the day, low 60s at night), so bring light layers just in case - especially for nights. Daytime temperatures usually range from 65–75°F, while evenings can cool down to around 55–60°F. We recommend checking the weather a few days before your flight just to be safe.

Question

What’s the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We’re asking guests to dress formal for the ceremony and reception. It’s a special evening, and we’d love for everyone to get dressed up with us!

Question

Can you provide examples of formal attire for the wedding?

Answer

Of course! We want you to feel polished but comfortable. Here are a few examples to help: For women: long or mid length dresses, nicer jumpsuits, nice pants & blouses, flats, heels, etc. For men: suits or dress pants with a blazer and button-down (ties optional but encouraged) Note: wedding events will take place on dirt, gravel, and grass so keep that in mind when it comes to shoes for the ceremony!

Question

If I have any more questions, who can I reach out to for support?

Answer

Please feel free to contact the bride & groom through email at chelbia924@gmail.com!
