How do we get to Cruz Bay, St. John?

Answer

When you arrive at Cyril E. King airport on St. Thomas, you will take a taxi (or car service) to Charlotte Amelie marina or Red Hook marina. There you will take a ferry to Cruz Bay, St. John. The ferry departing from Charlotte Amelie runs only 3 trips per day. The ferry from Red Hook runs every day with a departure every hour. How do we get to and from the wedding?

The Lovango ferry will pick all guests up at Cruz Bay, St. John and bring everyone back at the end of the reception. If you are staying at the Wharfside Village Hotel, it is about a 5 minute walk to the dock. Exact dock and ferry times to be provided prior to the wedding weekend.

For women, tea- or ankle-length dresses, jumpsuits, or skirts. For men, dress shirt and slacks (jacket optional). The ceremony and reception will be outside by the beach, so make sure to wear light, breathable clothing.

For women, sun-dresses, maxi-dresses, or rompers. For men, short-sleeved shirts and dress shorts.

If we miss the ferry to the wedding, will there be another?

Answer

No, we have only chartered one ferry for our guests. If you miss the ferry to Lovango Cay, you will unfortunately miss our wedding. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ferry's departure time to ensure you are at the correct location.
