Welcome Reception - Sunset Cruise

5:45 pm - 8:00 pm

Beach Casual

We have chartered the Jammin (a 60ft sailing catamaran) from Cruz Bay Watersports for a sunset cruise with an open bar and light hors d’oeuvres. Please meet at the Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) dock in Cruz Bay by 5:45PM. Cruz Bay Watersports has directed us to meet at the black gate at the dock, under the white tent. Please see the ‘Cruz Bay Map’ we have created on the Travel page for details on dock location.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

3:15 pm - 9:30 pm

Beach Semi-Formal

A ferry will be provided for all guests between Cruz Bay, St. John and Lovango Cay. Please arrive at the VIPA dock at the specified time above. (Exact ferry time to be provided prior to the wedding weekend.) There is only one chartered ferry for our wedding guests. If you miss the ferry, you will miss the wedding. Please see the ‘Cruz Bay Map’ we have created on the Travel page for details on dock location.

Optional Beach Club Day

10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Come join us at Lovango’s Beach Club as we relax after the big day! There’s a beautiful infinity pool and snorkeling area as well as hiking trails, boutique shops, and food and drink service. All attendees will need to make their own reservation for either a chair or cabana; we recommend the pool area! Lovango provides ferry service to all beach club guests.
