What will your ceremony look like?

Answer

Guest will be ushered to assigned rows to maintain health and safety measures. Ceremony doors will open at 3:30pm, the ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We will release a live stream link day of or night before for our guests who were unable to attend.

What precautions are you taking?

Answer

With your health and safety in mind we have been coordinating with the Crowne Plaza Hotel to safeguard our wedding event. Consistent with state guidelines we have taken the following steps: Crowne Plaza Hotel: -Employees undergo daily temperature checks -Employees disinfect public and high touch surfaces every hour -Employees have been provided training on COVID-19 cleaning prevention -Masks are mandatory in all public spaces Ceremony: -To be held in Salon D with a capacity of 150 people. We will seat 100 guests in assigned rows -Rows will be set up with social distancing in mind -We will assign people to sit with family/work groups -Masks are requested of all attendees, we ask everyone to be respectful of others and social distance from individuals who make you feel uncomfortable to be continued...

...continued Cocktail Hour & Reception: -Will be held in the ballroom -Servers will be wearing masks and gloves -Hors d'oeuvres will be individually plated -Tables will be setup with additional space available in ceremony room Reception: -A plated dinner will be served -Guests will be assigned to a table with additional spacing between parties At all times: -Masks will be requested and respect for others safety is expected -Hand sanitizer will be available (9/01/20)

Will you zoom your wedding?

Answer

We plan on live streaming the ceremony, grand entrance, speeches, and first dance. We will post a link to this live stream on our website day of. (9/01/20)

Are there any changes we need to be aware of?

Answer

We have switched to a plated dinner option instead of buffet. If you have RSVP'd and we have not gotten your dinner preference, please contact Allison or Joel so we can make sure your choice is recorded. Thank you for bearing with us and being flexible as event details may continue to change due to things outside our control. (8/04/20)

Are you still having your wedding due to COVID-19?

Answer

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are unaware of what the situation regarding social gatherings will be when our wedding day arrives. As of right now, the wedding is going on as planned. We are working with our vendors to make sure the day is safe and beautiful. We also want you to know that if for any reason you cannot attend our wedding we understand. You were invited to our wedding because you are important to us, and our top priority is making sure people feel safe at our celebration. At this time, we are still hopeful that we can see you October 3rd, 2020. We will constantly reevaluate the situation as everything continues to unfold.
