When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by May 15th, 2026. Since our reception will include a plated dinner, your timely response allows us to finalize seating arrangements and provide our caterer with everyone’s entrée selections. Please note that anyone who does not RSVP by the deadline will, regrettably, be marked as not attending. We are so grateful for your prompt reply and can’t wait to celebrate together! Please also note that our RSVP link will not open until official invitations have been sent.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the chapel no later than 5:00pm to ensure you are seated in a timely manner prior to the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage guest to wear elegant Formal/Black Tie Optional attire. For men, tuxedos are not required, but can wear one if desirable. Otherwise, a formal suit and tie is a great option. For women, floor length gowns or tea length dresses are encouraged, but not required. Please refrain from wearing short/mini dresses. Please also refrain from wearing white, ivory, or champagne as this is reserved for the bride.

Is this an outdoor or indoor event?

Answer

All events will be held indoors. The cocktail/reception space will be indoors, but also has an outdoor area that can be enjoyed throughout the night.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guest who were formally invited via a wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please reach out if you have any questions!

Where should I park for the Ceremony?

Answer

A public parking garage is located near the Knowles Memorial Chapel at: 131 E Comstock Ave Winter Park, FL 32789 The parking garage is an approximate 5 minute walk to the chapel/reception space.
