We’re getting married!

A.J. and Brooke met while working behind the front desk at the Butler YMCA. Both A.J. and Brooke were interested in each other but neither of them thought they would ever have a chance with the other. Brooke will never forget the day she came into work and was told that A.J. was interested in going out with her. She couldn’t stop smiling! A couple days later, A.J. messaged Brooke and asked her to go to coffee with him at Dunkin Donuts.

A.J. proposed to Brooke on the bridge overlooking the Colonade Building of the beautiful Bedford Springs Hotel. A.J.’s parents, Bill and Pam May, and Brooke’s parents, Jeff and Mindy Peterson, were hiding behind each of the pillars of the Colonade Building. Brooke’s sister and Maid of Honor, Bethany Peterson was hiding in the distance capturing the special moments with her camera.
