FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The suggested dress code is cocktail attire. Fun and festive attire is always welcome, and dancing shoes are strongly recommended. The cocktail hour will be held outdoors on a covered veranda, so please dress for the weather.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving around 2:30 pm to park and find your seats. The ceremony begins at 2:45 pm.

Question

Is there parking at the venue? Can I leave my car there overnight?

Answer

CEREMONY: Complimentary parking is available adjacent to the church in Lot J. The entrance to the lot is on North 11th Street south of Wisconsin Avenue. We think it's unlikely the church lot is full, but paid parking is also available at the Wells Street Garage (1240 W. Wells), a 5-minute walk from the church. RECEPTION: If you're taking the shuttle, we've got you covered. If you are driving to the reception, ample parking is available. You may leave your car there overnight and pick it up between 9:00-11:00 am the next morning.

Question

What about overnight parking near the hotels?

Answer

SpringHill Suites and DoubleTree offer valet parking. There also are several parking garages and lots near the hotels. The most affordable option - that we can find - is $10/day (in/out privileges). Available at 191 West Michigan Street (3 blocks from hotels) through SpotHero: https://spothero.com/destination/milwaukee/191-west-michigan-street-parking

Question

Can I make note of a dietary restriction?

Answer

Yes. Please note any dietary restrictions in the online RSVP form.

Question

Is there an open bar at the reception?

Answer

Yes.
