Please plan to be seated by 2:40 pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:45 pm. Complimentary parking is available next to the church in Lot J. The entrance to the lot is on N. 11th Street, south of Wisconsin Avenue. We think it's unlikely the church lot is full, but paid parking is also available at the Wells Street Garage (1240 W. Wells), a five-minute walk from the church.
2:45 pm - 3:15 pm
Gesu holds a special place in our hearts because we performed there together as members of the Marquette University Chorus. We are excited to create our best memory there yet with all of you! Our ceremony will be a Catholic wedding service.
3:15 pm - 4:45 pm
Check-in is typically 4:00 pm at SpringHill Suites and 3:00 pm at DoubleTree. The hotels recommend calling as early as possible on the day of arrival to request early check-in. TIP: Time allowing, you could visit the Haggerty Museum of Art directly behind the church (free admission). If you want to grab a refreshment, we would suggest Caffrey’s Pub (a few blocks from the church on 16th Street; the first place we went after getting engaged), DOC's Commerce Smokehouse (inside the SpringHill Suites), or MKE Deer Camp (1023 N. MLK Jr. Drive; two blocks north of SpringHill Suites).
4:45 pm - 5:00 pm
Busses will begin boarding at 4:45 and will depart at 5:00 pm from both hotels. The drive to the venue is typically 25-30 minutes in Friday traffic, but we're told that construction could bring it up to 40 minutes. A restroom is available on the bus.
5:30 pm - 11:15 pm
Dinner, drinks, and dancing will follow. The cocktail hour will be outdoors on a covered veranda, so please dress for the weather. FYI Parking is available at the venue. You may leave your car overnight and pick it up between 9:00-11:00 am next day.
11:15 pm - 11:45 pm
For those who forgot their party pants, an early shuttle will make returns to the hotels beginning at 9:30 pm. For everyone else, the busses will board at the end of the night at 11:15 pm.

Feel free to call it a night or party on with us at the Miller Time Pub. The pub is located inside the Hilton City Center Hotel, around the corner from the DoubleTree, and a four-minute walk from SpringHill Suites. Stay as long as you like and head out when you are ready.
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Join us at the Brewers game! Kids welcome. We have reserved group tickets in the bleachers (~$30 per ticket; we will share with you payment information), so all you need to do is RSVP on your invitation. Before the game, we will gather at Mo's Irish Pub (142 West Wisconsin Avenue) for food & drinks and board a shuttle to the ballpark (or you can meet us at the East (left field) gate at American Family Field). 4:00 pm - Meet at Mo's Irish Pub (142 West Wisconsin Avenue) 5:10 pm - Board shuttle to the ballpark 5:40 pm - Arrive at the ballpark 6:10 pm - First pitch (Go Brewers!) 9:15 pm - After the game, board shuttle to Mo's Irish Pub. Stay as long as you like and head out when you are ready.
