Madison and Mayra first met in August 2014 at the University of South Florida. It was Mayra’s very first semester of college, and she decided to hit the pool with her new roommates. Meanwhile, Madison, already a seasoned second-semester pro was there with his roommate too. At one point, everyone formed a circle and did the classic college intro: names, majors, and a little life story sprinkled in. Mayra immediately thought Madison was cute… and very chatty. Madison also thought Mayra was beautifullll and let’s just say she definitely stood out to him. They talked for a bit at the pool, but after a couple of hours, everyone went their separate ways. No numbers. No plans. Just a “nice meeting you” kind of moment. But clearly, the universe had other plans. Later that same day, they randomly ran into each other again at the dining hall—completely unplanned. Madison took this as his second chance and asked if he could sit with Mayra. They picked up right where they left off, and this time… Madison made sure not to miss his opportunity. He finally got her number. The rest is history. ❤️

After college, Madison landed his dream job in Equity Research at Raymond James and wasted no time taking the next step—finding a beautiful condo in Feather Sound for the two of them to start their life together. Of course, every home needs a little extra love… and theirs came in the form of a tiny orange cat with a big personality!!! Julius Catthew Ramos Suhr. What started as “just one meower” quickly turned into two with Blue's Clues Ramos Suhr. Over the years, Madison and Mayra have shared a love for traveling—especially anywhere with a mountain view. From the Blue Ridge Mountains to Grand Teton National Park, and even all the way to El Tule, San Luis Potosí, they’ve made unforgettable memories exploring together. In 2024, Madison planned a trip to Asheville, North Carolina. With the mountains as their backdrop, he surprised Mayra with a proposal—an easy “YES” in a place that already held so much meaning for them. They are beyond excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to celebrate with the people they love most. The best is yet to come. 🤍

Madison y Mayra se conocieron por primera vez en agosto de 2014 en la University of South Florida.
