What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 4:15 p.m. to allow enough time to find your seat before the ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 p.m. The doors will open at 4:00 p.m.

On-site valet parking is available at the Fairmont Hotel. Please mention Takashima-Schultz Wedding for a preferred rate.

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors while cocktail hour will have both an indoor and outdoor space.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired amazing professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitations will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

Are kids invited?

We are only having a small number of kids attending. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited.
