Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Maya Levitt and Scott Anthes
We're so excited to share the beauty of the PNW with you. Whether you head straight to Hood River or make a trip out of it, we hope you enjoy!

Portland, OR

Oregon

Portland has incredible food, coffee, and bar options. It’s easily one of our favorite food cities in the US. Find some recommendations below for those of you passing through the area.

Scottie's Pizza Parlor SE

2128 Southeast Division Street, Portland, OR 97202

For those of you flying into Portland, grab a slice at Scottie's for some of the best pizza (outside of New Jersey, of course).

Han Oak Restaurant LLC

511 Northeast 24th Avenue, Portland, OR 97232

A more upscale option for Korean-inspired dining in a backyard-like setting.

Multnomah Falls

OR 97014

If you are driving from Portland to Hood River, we recommend making a quick stop to this Oregon landmark.

Hood River

Hood River, OR

Make the most of your time in Hood River with the some activities and restaurants below. Get out on the water, take a wine tour, or watch the windsurfers - there's something for everyone!

Hood River Waterfront Park

650 Portway Avenue, Hood River, OR 97031

Walk along the river, take in the views of the gorge, watch the windsurfers, or go for a swim - the options are endless!

Gorge Paddling Center

101 North 1st Street, Hood River, OR 97031

Rent kayaks or paddleboards and get out on the water!

Wet Planet Rafting and Kayaking

860 Washington 141, White Salmon, WA 98672

Feeling adventurous? Try a rafting or kayaking day trip in White Salmon or Hood River!

Columbia Wine Tours

Hood River is also known for its many great wineries. Take a guided tour or explore on your own.

Pine Street Bakery

1103 12th Street, Hood River, OR 97031

Delicious pastries, baked goods, sandwiches, and coffee in Hood River.

Solstice Wood Fire Pizza - Cafe & Bar

501 Portway Avenue, Hood River, OR 97031

The best pizza in Hood River. Try their food truck behind the restaurant for soft serve!

pFriem Family Brewers

707 Portway Avenue, Hood River, OR 97031

Great beer and delicious food. What more can we say?

Bend

Bend, OR

Bend is one of our favorite cities in the PNW. It's about 3 hours from Hood River. It's a fun town with great food, too many breweries to count, and a river you can float down right through town. Paddleboard on the river, spend the day exploring Bend's shops and breweries, mountain bike, hike, climb, or explore the nearby mountains.

El Sancho Taco Shop West

1254 Northwest Galveston Avenue, Bend, OR 97701

Fantastic tacos - sure to hit the spot after a float down the river or a hike in the mountains.

Crux Fermentation Project

50 Southwest Division Street, Bend, OR 97702

One of Bend's many breweries - great beer and a huge outdoor space.

Oregon Coast

OR

About 3 hours west of Hood River, the Oregon Coast is famous for its rugged coastline and beauty. Use Cannon Beach as a starting point and choose a direction - you'll be rewarded with views either way.

Cannon Beach

Cannon Beach, OR

Cannon Beach has tons of shops, restaurants, and the famous rock formation from The Goonies.

Tillamook Creamery

4165 North Highway 101, Tillamook, OR 97141

A fun stop if you're road tripping the Oregon Coast. Watch the magic happen at the Tillamook factory, fill up on ice cream or cheese curds at the cafe, and splurge on merch at the gift shop.

For all the days along the way
