The dress code is garden formal. We encourage you to get dressed up (think mid to floor length dresses or suits and tuxes) and have fun with colors and florals. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on grass (weather permitting), so we'd recommend not wearing stilettos or heels that might get stuck. Dinner and the reception will be indoors.
Names of all invited guests will be on your invitation. Unfortunately, due to limited capacity, we cannot accommodate anyone who is not listed on your invitation.

We will provide a shuttle to and from the venue from Hood River. Shuttles will pick up from downtown Hood River (behind Pietros Pizza near Hood River hotel) at 3:05pm and the Best Western at 3:10pm. They will drop off at the same locations after the reception. There are several parking lots in downtown Hood River to leave cars if you plan to take the shuttle. Please make note of any parking restrictions. Early departure can be coordinated on site if using the provided transportation. There is limited parking at the venue - any cars left at the venue will need to be picked up by 10am the next day. We strongly recommend using the provided transportation. Please note that Uber and Lyft do not operate reliably in the Gorge. Alternatives include Gorge Taxi (541-399-5060) and Hood River Pedicab (hoodriverpedicab.com) and we would recommend arranging in advance.
