Logistics for Ceremony and Reception

Answer

Weather permitting we will be holding the ceremony outdoors. Seating is provided. The cocktail hour will also be held outdoors weather permitting but the reception will be held indoors. In the case of inclement weather, all activities will be held indoors.

How should we dress for the wedding?

Answer

ATTIRE: 'Mountain Semi-Formal' Just like traditional semi-formal, a “mountain semi-formal” dress code means that we would like you to get dressed up as you would for a nice event, but lean into the mountain theme a bit, too. While you still want to avoid items such as sneakers, jeans, and tees, feel free to add a special touch to your look and wear whatever makes you feel fabulous! And don't forget a warm coat!

Glamping guests travel to the ceremony

Answer

If you are staying on the Glamping Site, you are already at the venue! However, it is about a half mile or so uphill from the tents to the wedding site. There isn't a lot of parking at the ceremony site so if you do need to drive, carpooling would be best.

Keene hotels travel to the ceremony

Answer

Our wedding venue truly is up in the mountains and there is limited parking. The last mile or so is unpaved and very dark so we would like everyone to utilize the shuttles we are providing from the Keene hotels. Please check with us if you need to drive. You will need to carpool with someone who has 4WD. Pick Up time for the shuttles will start at 3:20 pm at the Courtyard Keene downtown and a few minutes later at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. Shuttles will leave Cobb Hill after the reception.

Should we be prepared to dance the night away?

Answer

Absolutely! Live music from 6:00pm-10:00pm for the reception, playing songs you know and love.
