We’ve reserved blocks of rooms at three hotels convenient to the reception. We and our families will be staying at Le Meridien, the closest to PAFA (just around the corner), and buses to the reception will leave from there. The Embassy Suites and Logan Hotel are next to each other on the beautiful Benjamin Franklin Parkway, three blocks away (and closer to the major museums than Le Meridien). They are also practically next door to City Tap, site of the after-party.
The cut-off date for the discounted rate is June 27 for the Embassy Suites and Logan, June 28 for Le Meridien.

The Logan has the most spacious lobby and bar of the three hotels (plus a rooftop bar), and you might enjoy stopping by whether you’re staying there or not. Rates are slightly higher than Le Meridien for Friday and Saturday but lower for Sunday.
