Light bites and cocktails will be served. Transportation trolleys will depart at 6:45pm from all host hotels - Ritz Carlton, Hyatt Regency and Sarasota Modern. Returning trolleys will start at 9:00pm and be continuous until 10pm (last shuttle).

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Cocktails, Dinner and Dancing to follow. Transportation trolleys will depart promptly at 5pm from all host hotels - Ritz Carlton, Hyatt Regency and Sarasota Modern. Returning trolleys will start at 11:00pm and be continuous until midnight(last shuttle). ** Please note if you forego the transportation provided, we kindly ask you to arrive between 5:00pm and 5:15pm as the ceremony is a bit of a walk into the Botanical Gardens. We will be starting the ceremony at 5:30pm.

If you are still looking to keep the party going, head to the Gator Club for some post reception fun! Kristen and Max will be in attendance (hopefully ;) ) and is right downtown within walking distance to hotels. Please note this is not an official wedding event, but still look forward to seeing whoever can make it :)
