Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional - men: suits with tie/bowtie, or a tuxedo. Women: long gowns or formal cocktail dresses. Please keep in mind all events will take place outside on grass. All guests are encouraged to wear color! The groomsmen will be in tan 3-piece suits, bridesmaids will be in colorful floor-length gowns. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:15pm, we'd recommend all guests be seated at 4:00pm. You are welcome to arrive early and explore the grounds of the hotel. If you take the transportation provided to the hotel blocks, you'll be right on time!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, unless your invitation specifically specifies "and Guest," we are unable to accommodate additional people.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome children besides those in the wedding party.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have multiple hotel blocks in the area to which we are providing transportation. Please see the "Travel" tab on the website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is valet parking at the hotel. But we recommend guests to take advantage of the provided transportation.

What if it rains?

Answer

It won't. But if it does, the ceremony will move indoors. All other outdoor portions are covered and won't be affected.
