Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive at the venue starting at 4:00 PM to allow for ample time to park and to be seated.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guests looking their best! We encourage our guests to dress semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. No jeans or wearing white, ivory, off-white, or cream please. Our wedding colors are earth tones: terracotta, olive and sage green, and blush pink. The ceremony and reception is outdoors, so consider dressing warm, although we will have outdoor heaters around the venue. The ground is made up of pavers, wood decking, gravel, and dirt so consider wearing comfortable shoes.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking and it is free, however we recommend carpooling or using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the limited guest capacity provided by our venue, any additional guests will be indicated on your invitation and when you RSVP. If you have any questions, please reach out to Linh or Max directly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited guest capacity, we are only allowing children of our close family. This will be indicated on your invitation and when you RSVP. However, we also encourage adults to use the weekend as a parent's weekend out as well. If you have any questions, please reach out to Linh or Max directly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please reach out to Linh or Max directly to let us know of your food allergy so we can make sure that our caterers will be able to accomodate you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have hotel blocks set up at the Fairfield Inn & Suites San Diego North/San Marcos and at Best Western Escondido. Please look under the 'Travel' tab for booking information. Additionally, we also recommend Harrah's Resort SoCal as it is the closest hotel to the venue.
