Yes! Our July 10th 2021 wedding is in the works. Right now, we are limited in the amount of guests we can invite due to COVID safety protocols. As the restrictions loosen up, the more invitations will be sent in the mail. Please bear with us as we continue to comply with New Jersey's indoor restrictions that ensure the safety of our family and guests.
Due to COVID-19, we decided to postpone our ceremony and reception one year. We believed this was the best decision for the health and safety of our guests and family. We would hate for anything to happen to our closest loved ones as a result of a large social gathering. It's hard to know what effects COVID-19 will continue to have over the next year. Please know that we will make the safest decisions possible when planning our wedding. We will continue to monitor the COVID outbreak and keep you all informed accordingly. Thank you for your patience and love!
To any of my students that are reading this, you are MORE than welcome to come to the ceremony at the church!
Yes- there will probably be about 30 minutes - 45 minutes in between the ceremony and reception. How to spend your 30-45 minutes? -Quick jaunt in Ridgewood, NJ (right around the block from the church) -Get to Ramsey Golf and Country early and hit up their cash bar (don't worry, there will be an open bar once cocktail hour starts!) -Photo opportunities at the church gardens/Ramsey Golf and Country -Check into your hotel room The reason for the gap in time is that we are opting to not do "first look" photos and would like to take some pictures in that gap period and during cocktail hour. We hope you understand!
Anything that makes you comfortable and happy! We hope that you use our wedding as an excuse to break out your favorite cocktail attire. We will be on a golf course so if you plan on taking pictures in the grass, you are not allowed to wear heels.
The ceremony itself will be indoors at the church. At the reception, cocktail hour has an indoor/outdoor option. If the weather does not work in our favor, we will hold everything inside.
The church is only six miles away from the reception and a 14 minute drive through local roads.
We will get back to you on this question :)
Invitations will go out about four months before the wedding (probably March/April.) In an effort to save the environment and limit how much paper we are using, we will utilize an online RSVP system through this website. Details to follow with your formal invitation.
This will be indicated on your formal invitation. If it's addressed to you and a guest, then absolutely! If not, then we apologize and unfortunately we do not have the room for you to bring a date. Any questions on this one, please do not hesitate to reach out.
