Paula is Bettina's little sister who happens to be setting the world ablaze with her passion towards the environment. She is studying at the Colorado School of Mines to be an engineer. Bettina and Paula have been partners in the ridiculous for decades now. Their adventures range from violent water wars to thoughtfully created P'atina menus. "I am beyond grateful to have a little sister like Paula. She keeps me "as cool as a millenial can be" and reminds me to be a bit more goofy when I get too serious."

Donna is Bettina's older sister. Donna is a vivacious, loving, and thoughtful soul. She has challenged Bettina to be the best that she can be. She has supported her through academia including helping her write a poem about the love of Bettina's life "Basketball" in the 7th grade - Thanks for the A! Bettina always looks up to her big sister and admires her grit and how amazing of a mother she is. "Thankful to my older sister who always let me tag along to Country Jam and for our Georgetown DC adventure. Donna is always the life and soul of a party. Thanks for only slightly killing me every time I stole your clothes growing up"

Lisa has been by Bettina's side since middle school! They grew up together and when they are together they revert right back to being absolute youthful dorks! The Jasmine, Lisa, and Bettina trio made the world's most cinematically relevant movies - Foxy Cleopatra will agree and are possibly the best dancers to come out of GJ in years. Lisa and Bettina globe trotted together from Italy to Puerto Rico after surviving all of puberty, middle school, and high school together. "With an absolute certainty I can tell you right now that I would not be the person I am without the iconic trio friendship that I was blessed enough to find at a young age. Lisa is a brilliant, beautiful, and kind human that always looks at situations from another's point of view and encourages people to be compassionate not judgmental. She is goofy and another sister to me. Her family feels like my family and I wouldn't trade them for anything!"

Jasmine and Bettina met in 8th grade and the rest was history, specifically a paper on Amelia Earhart. Jasmine is a creative soul who lives on beauty, art, the whimsical, and immaculate vibes. She is joyous to be around and absolutely the first person to add gasoline to Bettina's fire. They moved to Denver together and began the adulting journey mid pandemic. She quite frankly set the very high standard of a good time that Bettina now expects from her fiancé! "The trio is my heart and soul. They are the family I got to choose and thankfully they chose me back. Jasmine is the person I can adventure with and she is always on the exact same thought train I am. Its bizarre how perfectly in sync we can be. She has seen the very worst of me and dragged me right back because that's who she is, she doesn't pity or coddle people, she just makes them realize their worth. Fay is an icon. Thanks for doing all the spooky, bougie, goofy stuff with me that Max doesn't want to!"

Chelsea and Bettina met in High School. It all started the day Bettina's bestie DJ was bugging Chelsea. In the blink of an eye Bettina had met Chelsea and Josh. They were her lighthouse. Bettina and Chelsea always talked God, faith, Christianity, and the ever pressing miniscule differences between Lutherans and Catholics. They went to University together and their friendship grew ever more. "Chelsea is my compliment in every way. She is the peanut butter to my jelly, buzzfeed confirmed this theory! She is brilliant and beautiful! In life there are few people who understand your relationship in faith and she always has. God blessed me with the Shettler twins and family. She is a rare diamond and I thank her for always being my light in this crazy world."

Laura and Bettina met at Leadership week just before freshman year at CU Boulder. "Sko Buffs"! They lived only a few rooms apart and over the next year they went from friends to sisters as they both rushed Gamma Phi Beta! Laura exemplifies being genuine and is never afraid to commit to what is right and important. "There are 100 photos of Laura and I tucked away and having a heart to heart. She was always my go to for deep conversations in a world that can be shallow. She is beautiful, kind, honest and the grounding source of love and grammar (she has seen all the errors). Nathan and her always kept me set on what a caring, loving, and nurturing relationship should be. I love them both and was honored to be in their wedding now tag you're it, Laura and am so happy that baby Nell is joining the team!"

Erin and Bettina met in the magical world of Gamma Phi Beta! Erin was the President and if you've ever been blessed to meet her you would know why. She has a beautiful mind and soul. "She has more grace in her pinky than most in their whole bodies. Erin is 10/10 the human I hope any of my children become. She makes this world so much better and in case that wasn't enough she's gorgeous and funny! Erin and I have the goofiest times making faces and bizarre squawking sounds. I can be 100% at ease with her and know she is not judging. When we lived together I remember knowing she was the Monica to my Rachel and I do apologize for the crumbs. Mike and her are so wonderful and Baby Emma is a lucky little lady."

JT aka Annalise aka Ricco and Bettina met in Uni. She is the JT to her Fallon. Annalise's heart is immense. She loves vastly and is the epitome of thoughtful. She always thinks of others and shows them deep care. Andy and Annalise are amazing humans even if they moved all the way to Seattle. "JT and I were absolute menaces in Uni together. The year we had the bunk beds should have been on TV. We were always out and about showing off our "totally natural" looking suntans and adventuring around campus! She is the only reason I know anything about the NFL - so much so that Max definitely owes you a beer! I cannot wait to meet Baby Henry and am so grateful to have a beautiful loving bestie like you!"

Jessica and Bettina met at CU as sisters in GPhi. Jessica is an incredibly talented and hardworking lady! She is a literal live action modern day Disney princess and we should all hope to strive to be so awesome! She is a talented baker by night and a financial guru by day. "Jess is the whiskey to my whiskey. Jess was living with me when I met Max and I remember her saying "Tall man is on the phone", and it feels so long ago but even now she is my country loving - Swiftie celebrating bestie! She stood by all my crazy when he went to Poland and was always gracious and loving when I feel scared or confused. Thank you for being authentically you and for loving me".
