Answer

We kindly ask that no young children attend the ceremony or reception. A few families have been invited to bring their older children, and if this applies to your family, it will be noted on your invitation.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at the Woodlands in Morrison, CO. The address is 8884 US Hwy 285, Morrison, CO 80465.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. (You can also view our full schedule above!)

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Denver International Airport (DEN) is the closest major airport, located about 45–60 minutes from the venue depending on traffic.

Do you recommend renting a car?

Answer

While rideshare is available, we recommend renting a car if you plan to explore the area or want more flexibility throughout the weekend.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft work well for getting to the venue, and carpooling is encouraged. Since we’ll be celebrating in the mountains and availability can be limited later in the evening, we recommend coordinating carpools or scheduling your Uber/Lyft in advance to ensure a smooth and timely pickup. This will help everyone get home safely and avoid delays once the celebration wraps up.

Yes, on-site parking is available for all guests.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes, that is totally okay! You are welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight. The venue just asks that you pick it up before 10:00 AM the following morning, as any vehicles left after that time may be subject to towing. Your safety is the priority, so please don’t hesitate to leave your car and arrange a ride if needed.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, surrounded by the mountain scenery. The reception will be held indoors.

Yes, both our ceremony and reception spaces are fully accessible.

Our full registry can be found right here on our wedding website for your convenience - just click the link above under "Registry". If you prefer, we’ve also created a future home fund to help us put down roots and make a cozy space to grow our family. Your love and support in any form truly means the world to us!

Yes! Our caterer, Bold BBQ, offers several accommodating options. If you have specific dietary needs, feel free to reach out.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

While nothing is guaranteed with Colorado weather, you can generally expect warm, sunny days with afternoon highs in the mid-80s °F (≈ 29–32 °C) and evenings cooling into the 50s–60s °F (≈ 10–20 °C). It’s always smart to bring a light layer for later in the evening!

Will there be other wedding events to attend?

Yes! We’ll be hosting a welcome event the day before the wedding on Saturday, August 15th from 5:00–7:00 PM at Mountain Toad Brewing. We’d love for you to join us to kick off the celebration weekend! Address: 900 Washington Ave, Golden, CO 80401

Will there be an after-party?

Answer

The venue has a set end time of 10:00 PM. After that, guests are welcome to continue the celebration at nearby bars or accommodations.
