We are so excited to share some of our favorite places in and around Reno.

We are lucky enough to have Lake Tahoe in our backyard. If you are visiting Reno, we recommend you visit this beautiful lake. There are plenty of hiking trails, restaurants, beaches, and museums to visit.

Virginia City is an old west town that is famous for the 1895 Comstock silver discovery. The town is full of history...and ghosts they say. Take a stroll down the towns main street and you will feel like you walked back in history.

Hungry? We may be biased, but Smee's Alaskan Fish Bar & Market Place has the freshest and tastiest seafood in town. Go in and say hi to the owner, he may look familiar!

Thirsty? If you have time, we highly recommend visiting Bently Heritage Distillery where Max works. The cocktails are delicious and the facility is spectacular.

If you are looking for a brewery to visit, Reno has many, but it is worth venturing out to Carson City to taste the fresh award winning brews at Shoe Tree.

One of our favorite local spots for breakfast and coffee. I recommend their hazelnut lattes, they are beautiful and delicious.

Located across the street from the Peppermill Hotel and Casino, Clary's is another local restaurant that will make you feel like a regular.

For the wine lovers, we highly recommend Whispering Vine. There are many locations in Reno to chose from, and each provides a different setting and atmosphere, but the wine is always delicious.

There is always something to do in Reno! The Riverwalk District provides access to many restaurants, bars, theaters, casinos...the options are endless.
