Ceremony (Unplugged)

We ask everyone to leave their cell phones turned off and put away during the ceremony. We would rather see your happy smiles and lovely faces. Our photographer and videographer are great, they will capture everything for us.
Weather temperatures may be unpredictable. If necessary, they ceremony will be moved inside to the nearby reception area. This space can be enclosed and would include space heaters. Consider the potential weather temperatures. We don't want you to be chilly!
Cocktail Hour
3:45 pm - 5:00 pm
Stillwaters Retreat, the Lodge
The Lodge is located right next to the outdoor ceremony area and the pavilion. Should it rain, umbrellas will be set up to cover walk ways to and from the cocktail and reception areas.
Reception
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The pavilion will be enclosed and will have space heaters provided to use.
We both run cold, don't worry we will keep you warm.
