The wedding schedule is as follows: Peached Social House 6500 N Lamar Blvd Austin, TX 78752 4:00 PM: Ceremony 4:30 PM: Cocktail Hour 5:45 PM: Dinner 9:00 PM: Reception Ends Azul Rooftop Pool Bar & Lounge 310 East 5th Street, Austin, TX 78701 11:00 PM: After-Party Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. The after-party will feature drinks, music, and fun at the Westin rooftop pool and bar. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
The ceremony will begin at 4 PM. Please aim to arrive between 3:30 PM - 3:50 PM
We recommend staying at the Westin Downtown Austin for our out of town guests, where we’ve secured a room block for $300 per night. Feel free to share rooms! You can book through the link on our website. While no transportation will be provided, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are great options.
Dinner will be served plated, featuring steak, duck, and more. Vegetarian options will also be available to accommodate all dietary preferences at your request. At the after-party, drinks will be available at the rooftop bar. Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted and a cash bar will be available at the after party.
Children are welcome only if specifically listed as guests on your invitation. Similarly, plus-ones are invited only if your invitation specifies a plus-one. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to create an intimate celebration.
We kindly recommend using a rideshare service or carpooling for convenience and ease. If you choose to drive, there is ample parking available at Peached Social House for all guests. However, if you're staying at the Westin Downtown, please note that parking there costs $50 per night. Plan accordingly and travel safely!
Yes, the rehearsal event is mandatory for everyone in the wedding party. This will be held via FaceTime or Zoom the night before the wedding to ensure we can check in with everyone and go over all the logistics for the big day. It’s important that everyone is on the same page to make the day run as smoothly as possible. We appreciate your time and cooperation to help make the wedding day perfect!
Yes, the wedding party is expected to arrive at 8:00 AM to kick off the day and begin hair and makeup preparations. We will meet in the lobby at 12:00 PM sharp to coordinate ride-shares and head to the venue together. Breakfast will be provided for the wedding party to ensure everyone is fueled and ready for the day. While partners and family members of the wedding party are welcome in the suite on the morning of the wedding, please note that the space will primarily be reserved for those in the wedding party as they get ready. Partners and family are encouraged to explore the city, relax in the lobby, or visit a nearby coffee shop until the rooms are available for check-in (by 11:00 AM). We kindly ask that everyone is mindful of the limited space in the suite to keep things running smoothly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
