The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception will all be held at the same venue, but will take place in different areas of the property.
This is a semi-formal event. Please refrain from wearing t-shirts, sneakers, sweatshirts and athletic wear. We would love to ask our guest to wear neutral colors, such as: shades of brown, tan, sage green, etc., but this is not mandatory. Please no ivory or white as that color is reserved for the bride only!
We love our little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of a few members of our immediate family. Otherwise, all guests are 18+. We encourage you to use this event as a date night. Thank you!
While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate our closest family and friends by invite only. Thank you for understanding!
We are requesting that all guests RSVP by September 8, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "Declined." We do not accept any RSVPs via mail, text, or email. Please type in on the website your name to find your invitation and accept or decline. Thank you!
Please arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park and take your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour.
We're blessed to have most of the household things we need as we've lived together for quite some time, if you wish to contribute in some other way we would appreciate contributions to our honeymoon fund.
YES at the start of the reception! His and her signature drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. Guests will receive 3 vouchers for drinks. Tips are welcome for the bartender. Please arrange transportation such as designated driver, Uber or Lyft from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all our loved ones to make it home or to their hotel safely.
We will have a professional photographer and videographer who will capture it all for us. Respectfully, we will ask guests to please put phones away for a brief moment as we say our "I Do's". During the reception, you may take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
