Shuttle Service

To make transportation easy, we will be providing complimentary shuttle service between the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Yorkville and Heartland Farm Banquet Hall. Shuttles will depart from the hotel at 3:45 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. for the ceremony and reception. Return shuttles to the hotel will leave the venue at 9:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m., and 12:00 a.m. Please plan to arrive at the shuttle pickup location 10 minutes before your selected shuttle time to ensure an on-time departure. Seating on the shuttle is available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that our immediate family will be using the first departure at 3:45 PM, so we encourage guests planning to take the shuttle to consider the 4:30 PM departure if possible. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll take advantage of the shuttle so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration!
