Our Story
Maureen and Brayden met the very first day of college and instantly knew they
were something special. From late night snack runs to baseball games, they
supported each other through everything. Brayden reassured Maureen during the toughest parts of college, always believing in her, even when she doubted herself. Maureen, in turn, was Brayden’s biggest fan on and off the field (and his personal post-party hydration expert).
After graduation, they moved to Elmwood, IL, where Brayden began working at Knox College and Maureen applied to medical school. When she got accepted at a medical school in Ohio, Brayden didn’t hesitate. He moved with her, taking on his job remotely, continuing to support her every step of the way. Now living in Dayton, OH, they’ve built a life full of love, laughter, Legos, Detroit Lions football, and Formula 1 races. They balance each other perfectly, and while there may be the occasional witty argument, it’s clear to everyone: these two are truly meant to be.
