Our favorites include Prairie Lights Bookstore, Micky's Irish Pub, Yotopia Frozen Yogurt, Pullman Bar & Diner, Pagliai's Pizza, and Hamburg Inn No. 2.
Big Grove Brewery & Taproom
Family-friendly brewery that originated in Solon, IA, and the best patio in Iowa City. Bill recommends the 1939 Red Ale American Amber, and Maureen recommends the Double Blackberry Sour.
IRL - Iowa River Landing
Up and coming area in Coralville with shops, bakeries, bars, and restaurants. Our favorites include Tribute, 30Hop, Hokkaido, and Marquee.
Fiesta Mexican Restaurant
Our favorite Mexican restaurant - don't skip on the margarita tower!
Field Day Brewing Co.
North Liberty's first and only brewery. Fun-for-all with duckpin bowling and an outdoor play area for the kids. Bill surprised Maureen by celebrating with our friends here shortly after getting engaged.
Thornberry Dog Park
If you're traveling with your pups, highly recommend checking out Thornberry Dog Park! Our dogs love to run and play in their fenced in yards. There is a small daily fee for visiting dogs which you can pay at the gate. Check out their website for additional rules/information.
