We’re Getting Married!

Every semester at Iowa State, our sorority and fraternity communities were partnered up for either Homecoming or Greek Week. Sophomore year, Kinzie's sorority (Kappa Alpha Theta) and Taylor's fraternity (Tau Kappa Epsilon) were paired together for Greek Week, and we ended up being dance partners for one of the events! We had practice together three nights a week for a couple months; the song we were dancing to? "We Belong Together" - fitting right? Fast forward to Greek Week itself, we (along with our friends) spent every night painting the set for our skit and getting to know each other. The rest is history - we started dating a few weeks after Greek Week on April 15th, 2018, moved to Colorado in June of 2020, adopted Barley Bean in January of 2021, and Taylor popped the question on April 1st, 2021! April FOOLS!!!
