The bride's big sister/BFF, Shannon is the only person Allie can imagine standing next to her on her big day. A middle school teacher with chameleon hair and arms full of colorful tattoos, Allie jokes that she is just the "cooler version" of herself. Shannon is also the mother of the most important person in Allie's life (sorry Matty), Fiona.
Mikey Sheehan
Best Man
Mikey is Matty's twin brother, his complete opposite, and his close friend. Finishing up his degree in Education from BGSU, he lives for music trivia, crafting unique and fun cocktails (or just sipping quality Bourbon), and anything John Mayer.
Emily Goodson
Bridesmaid
A lifelong friend that has truly stood the test of time, Emily is a friend that has seen Matty and Allie's relationship from its very beginnings. She takes pride in helping to *force* them together, as she knew that Matty liked Allie, and wanted Allie to end up with such a sweet guy. Even though she hasn't lived in the same city as Allie since 2014, she is one of Allie's closest confidants, and will be a wonderful addition to the bridal party.
Jess Lewis
Best Man
A mentor turned friend, Matty and Jess met when he was the golf pro at the country club Matty worked at through high school. With an obvious shared interest (obsession???), Jess and Matty spend ample quality time hitting balls on Jess' simulator, chatting about the newest golf club designs, and getting heartbroken by their eternally disappointing NFL teams (Browns/Lions).
Alexandria Drzazgowski
Bridesmaid
Alexandria was hand-picked by Allie to be her best friend, during an all-night Relay For Life event for their sorority. The only bridesmaid other than her sister to have lived with Allie, Alexandria has witnessed many of Allie's highest highs and lowest lows. Allie's favorite memory with Alexandria is either celebrating St. Patrick's day sophomore year at MSU, or finding out that she got into medical school and hugging in the kitchen. Although their hang-outs have been fewer and far between since college, Allie knew that her day wouldn't be complete without Alexandria by her side.
Domenic Dipietro
Groomsman
Domenic was born to be best friends with Matty and Mikey....they share a birthday! As the honorary third twin, Domenic has been alongside the twins since elementary school, taking the blame for anything and everything the boys did wrong (it's hard to stay mad at Saint Domenic). He is working on his doctorate in Biology at BGSU, so he is one of the few people who understands Allie's eternal struggle with higher education.
Lauren Guest
Bridesmaid
Another person who shares a little bit of her soul with Allie, Lauren is a friend that made her way into Allie's life during the very first month of medical school. A fellow aspiring anesthesiologist, Lauren loves Disney, Hallmark movies, and her mini dachshund, Flynn Rider (Eugene Fitzherbert). Lauren and her fiancee Clay are part of the six-best-friends-that-anyone-could-have, and Allie is endlessly excited to have Lauren continue to be the emotional support she has been the last 2.5 years of medical school.
Dean Mohr

Dean is the older brother of the bride, and is getting married in May, gifting the bride and groom a new sister in Nichole. Matty's favorite activity is watching Dean tease Allie, while Dean's favorite activity is giving Matty the dirtiest cards to read while playing Cards Against Humanity with the family.
Bryn Dougherty
Bridesmaid
If you could build a bridesmaid from scratch, Bryn would be the ideal final product. The friend who is always calm, collected, organized but still brings the fun to every group she's a part of, Bryn is an easy pick to have stand up next to the bride on her big day. She and Allie also met during the first month of medical school, and even though Allie chose to distract her from studying at every possible moment, she decided to stick around. She and her fiancee Chris are also a part of the six-best-friends-that-anyone-could-have, and her wedding will complete the trio of weddings within our friend group.
Riley Malarney

Riley is the little brother Matty never realized he needed (Riley is the son of Matty's dad's girlfriend, Michelle). Matty loves coming home and having someone just as passionate as he is about playing pop-a-shot, ping-pong, call of duty, and going tubing/wakeboarding.
Fiona Ruby Swimmer
Flower Girl
The leader of the wedding party (and the free world someday, probably), Fiona is Allie's niece and the axis on which the world spins. When she's not coding the human genome or solving the hunger crisis, Fiona enjoys watching Sesame Street/Elmo, twerking, and eating cheese. There is always a fear that the bride's gorgeous bridesmaids will outshine her on her big day, but Allie has already accepted that Fiona will be the star of the show. Fiona is also the first baby Matty has ever seen/held/made friends with, so there is a lot of pressure there for her to turn out cool.
