Allie and Matty had the pleasure of attending the same middle school where they had the same "teacher team." Who knows the exact time they truly met, but they likely had their first encounter in band where Allie played the saxophone and Matty played percussion.

Allie and Matty had known each other multiple years and had always had a similar friend group, but had never spent much time together themselves. They went to band camp the August before their junior year of high school and somehow hit it off. The rest of summer went by and Matty slowly made his way into Allie's life, probably via cool dates like jet skiing and playing horse on the basketball hoop outside of his house. School started in September, they "officially" started dating, and the rest is history!
