Choosing to marry someone is a sincere act of optimism. This year, more than any we have experienced, taught us that we need to make room for optimism, to have hope for a brighter tomorrow, and that love can aid us in our quest for a better world. We have chosen each other, to be each other’s partner through this year and every year of our lives to come. We want to share the ritual of becoming a married couple with all of the amazing people from our lives who we treasure. We are optimistic that by the fall of 2021 we will all be able to safely gather together to share the company of family and friends for a joyous celebration of our commitment and promise to one another.
