Will Transportation Be Provided?

Yup! We will providing transportation from Hudson to Gather Greene and back on Friday and Saturday evenings. On Friday, there will be two 46-person school buses. The buses will make 3 stops in Hudson before heading to the venue for the Welcome party. You may choose whichever pick up spot is closest to your hotel. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure times. 5:10 PM: Kasuri clothing store (1 Warren St.) 5:20 PM: Hudson Hall/Hudson Opera House (327 Warren St.) 5:30 PM: Hudson Whaler (542 Warren St.) 6:00 PM: Arrive at Gather Greene For departure, buses will start boarding at 9:00 PM and leave at 9:15 PM. Both buses will be dropping off at the same points as listed above with the first stop being the Hudson Whaler, then Hudson Opera House and last at Kasuri. On Saturday, there will be three 46-person school buses to take passengers to and from Hudson. The buses will make 3 stops in Hudson before heading to the venue for the wedding. You may choose whichever pick up spot is closest to your hotel. Two of the three buses will be making the stops listed above, just in reverse order. One bus will bring passengers to the after party at Padrona located at 17 N 4th St. If the bus going to the after party is full, you can take one of the other two buses and get off at the Hudson Opera House stop, which is only a three minute walk to Padrona. For the guests that are staying on site at Gather Greene, we will have a bus leaving Padrona to bring you back to the cabins. There will be two return trips, the first leaving at 12:45 AM and the second and final return will leave at 2:00 AM.

The welcome party and ceremony will take place outside, and the reception area, while covered, is open on three sides. So please plan accordingly! Gather Greene is up on a hill and is typically ~10° cooler than Hudson. We recommend sensible footwear and to bring a layer for after the sun goes down—August can be fickle in the Catskills. For Friday, we are lightly recommending garden party attire. Linens, sundresses, and button-downs are great! You're welcome to wear a suit if you'd like, but it is certainly not necessary. For Saturday, we're recommending cocktail attire.
