Driving In

We highly recommend using the East State Street exit when coming to Rockford for a smoother ride arriving to all hotels and the venue. We do not recommend taking the US-20/Main Street exits.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Rockford Riverfront

The hotel check-in is at 4pm, however they said to call the morning of for early check-in. We strongly recommend calling so you can be into the hotel before the wedding starts. First shuttle from Embassy Suites to the Standard will be at 3:45 pm, followed by shuttles at 4:15 pm and 4:40 pm. Shuttles from the Standard back to the Embassy Suites and/or after bar will start at 10:30 pm, followed by 11:05 pm and 11:30 pm. *the shuttle will be available if a ride is needed prior to 10:30.

Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Rockford

We do not have a block at this hotel, however it’s a great alternative if needed and across the street from the Rockford Hard Rock Casino.
