Please check into the hotel to get settled before the ceremony. The cocktail hour and reception will be immediately after the ceremony in the same venue, so we don’t want anyone to miss out! We recommend calling the hotel for early check-in the day of the wedding.
Yes, there will be transportation provided to and from the Embassy Suites hotel before the ceremony and after the reception via Coach Bus. Shuttles from Embassy Suites to the Standard will be available at 3:45 PM, 4:00 PM, 4:25 PM, and 4:45 PM Shuttles from the Standard to the Embassy Suites will be available at 10:30 PM, 11:00 PM, and 11:30 PM. *reception ends at 11 pm
There is parking available at The Standard, however it is limited. We recommend using the transportation provided to and from the Embassy Suites. Ride shares are available in Rockford, but they can be limited.
All invitations will be addressed showing those invited. Any plus ones will be specifically listed on the invitation, if applicable.
We are having an adult only wedding. All family members invited will be listed on the invitation. We hope you understand and get to enjoy the night!
The wedding party will be at Prairie Street Brewing for the rehearsal dinner from 5-8pm. Although there is not a formal welcome party, we welcome any guests available the night before to come check out the brewery for food and/or drinks separately, if interested. The bridal party and family will be able to join the larger group after the rehearsal dinner ends and then head to the hotel rooftop bar at the Embassy Suites.
