FAQs

If you have any further questions other than what we've listed please feel free to contact the Maid of Honor Kayla at ***.
Question

Where do I stay? Where do I sleep?

Answer

We have reserved the entire retreat center for the weekend which includes 16 heated cabins that sleep 8 people each. Each bunk has a light mattress included. We suggest bringing blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, and extra foam toppers as needed. Guests are welcome to stay both Friday and Saturday night. Check in Friday is from 3pm to midnight and checkout is at noon on Sunday.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code for the weekend is anything that you'd like (aside from your birthday suit preferably.) For the ceremony and reception on Saturday we do request dressy casual.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:00pm on Saturday May 18th. Please arrive about an hour early to get parked and settled before it begins.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Bring them all big or small! There will lots of activities for kids of all ages. Our only request is you let us know ahead of time so we can reserve you a cabin for your whole family.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking at the retreat center. Let the park ranger at the entrance know you're with the wedding and you should be able to drive in and park without any problem.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better! You can RSVP by mail via the invitation or here on the wedding website. We do request all RSVPs no later than May 1st for a final food and beverage head count.
