Yes! The venue has a large main parking lot, as well as paved handicap spaces directly outside of the main building.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. ET, so please give yourself enough time to find the venue, park, and make your way to the pavilion. However long that takes you, great! Ideally, you'll be in your seat 5 to 10 minutes before the ceremony begins at four.
We'd prefer if you'd make your way immediately to the large covered pavilion adjacent to the main building. However, if you arrive early and it's blazing hot outside, if you have a gift or card to drop off, or if you have to use the restroom, you are welcome to head into the main building prior to making your way back outside to the pavilion for the ceremony start. Regardless, our ushers will be there to help point you in the right direction! The ceremony will begin soon!
Head inside the main building (or to the open patio area) for appetizers and mingling during cocktail hour! Our ushers will be there to guide you in the right direction. Don't forget to sign our 'guest book' as you make your way into the building!

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Keep in mind that while the ceremony will be held outside, the reception to follow will be inside, where it will be comfortably air-conditioned.
While there's a high chance of it being pretty warm outside for the ceremony, the reception will be inside where it is air-conditioned. It's likely to be a comfortable temperature, but if you're one to get a little chilly maybe a sweater wouldn't hurt!
Unfortunately, there is NOT a shuttle available to and from the hotel and/or venue. We've been informed that Uber and Lyft are often available as rides TO the venue, but rarely pick up from the venue after events. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes, and we want everyone to have fun while also staying safe. We would recommend designating a driver and/or carpooling in groups with someone willing and able to drive back to your hotels at the end of the night.
Yes! We have blocked rooms at both Home2 by Hilton and Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Bloomington, Indiana. These are both around ten miles (approx. twenty minute drive) from the venue, and are two of the few hotels with free parking! See the "Travel" page for links to book rooms.
There are numerous hotels in the downtown Bloomington area that would be great alternative stays. The venue is also relatively close to Nashville, Indiana, which doesn't have many chain hotel options, but lots of cute Airbnb and Inn stays available!
