Yes! We will have complimentary shuttles for our guests heading to the venue. If you’re using the shuttle service, please meet at the Hilton Norfolk The Main near valet. Those staying at the Marriott, please proceed down E Main Street and meet at the Hilton - the walk is only 2 minutes away. Shuttle Start Time: 5:45 PM Last Shuttle Departs: Around 6:05 PM Note: Three Ford Transit vans will run continuously from the Hilton to the venue. Please plan to board an early shuttle to avoid delays and ensure you arrive on time. 🎶 Bonus: Professional portraits and live music will greet you upon arrival!
Yes! We will have complimentary shuttles from the venue. Similar to how you arrived to the venue, three Ford Transit vans will run continuously between the venue and the Hilton. Shuttles will continue making trips until all guests are back at the hotel. If you are at the Marriott, please take the two minute walk along E Main Street. Wedding Ends at 11:30 PM Early Evening Shuttle Starts at 10:30 PM 🛳️ Reminder: Set those alarms for the Farewell Sail the next morning! Please arrive by 11:15 AM at Waterside Marina — just a 7-minute walk from the Hilton and Marriott hotels.
Absolutely! Since our venue is less than a mile from our host hotels, you're welcome to Uber, book a car service, or carpool with friends/family if that’s more convenient. If you're staying at a different hotel, Airbnb, or Vrbo and plan to drive, please keep in mind that our wedding is on a Friday evening — so be prepared for downtown Norfolk rush hour traffic. Doors open: 6:00 PM Please be seated by: 6:20 PM Ceremony begins promptly at: 6:30 PM
Free parking is available in the main lot connected to the Chrysler Museum of Art. Additional free parking can be found at: - The corner of Fairfax Avenue and Mowbray Arch - Along Botetourt Street 🚗 Overnight Parking: The Chrysler Museum also offers complimentary overnight parking! If you plan to leave your car overnight, please return to pick it up by 10:30 AM the next day.

Yes — we kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged moment. To help preserve the intimacy of this special time, we ask that all phones, cameras, and electronic devices be turned off and put away during the entire ceremony. We’ve invited a team of professional photographers and videographers to capture every meaningful moment — and we can’t wait to share those with you afterward! 📷✨ Thank you for being fully present with us. We’re so grateful to celebrate this moment together.
Yes! During the cocktail hour, we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and drinks. Please plan accordingly for a later meal, as dinner will be served during our reception. An open bar will be available throughout the evening for your enjoyment. Please remember to bring a valid ID if you plan to enjoy the open bar during the evening.
Although our RSVP for the Farewell Sail is officially closed, those who have RSVP’d will be on the guest list. DETAILS: ❗❗❗ Arrival: 11:15 AM ❗❗❗ Depart: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM Location: Waterside Marina on Norfolk’s Downtown Waterfront | Boarding will be on the American Rover. (~7 min walk from Hilton and Marriott hotels) Parking: The Waterside Garage is the most convenient parking option. The entrance is on Atlantic Street. Attire: 🌬️ The weather on the water can be chilly, so please wear warm clothes or bring an extra layer to stay comfortable during the cruise! Yet we welcome you to wear casual coastal attire. Lunch: Relaxed picnic-style lunch featuring sandwiches, fruit and vegetables, chips, and cookies, catered by the well-known local favorite, TASTE Unlimited. Drinks: Open bar plus a selection of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee and soda. Please remember to bring a valid ID if you plan to enjoy the open bar. Contribution: A $25 per person (non-refundable) contribution is requested to help cover the cost of each guest’s ticket.
