Mauritius' borders open to foreigners on 1 October. All visitors will require a COVID vaccine and a negative PCR test within 72 hours of your departure. We advise you book your flights as soon as possible. Prices for flights from the US are expected to start increasing in early August. When looking for a place to stay, we recommend the northwest of the island (Trou aux Biches, Pointe aux Cannoniers, and Grand Baie) since that will be closer to the wedding venue and where we are staying. We're still working on blocks of rooms, potentially at Zilwa or Paradise Cove. We'll update this page with that info. Please make sure all your bookings are flexible and fully refundable, you never know when the next pandemic will hit us. We are providing direct links below, but most of these are available on booking.com, hotels.com, expedia.com, airbnb.com, etc. so it might be worth checking where you can get the cheapest rate.
