We’ve booked a beautiful, rural stone villa in Sansepolcro, Arezzo, Italy. You can find more info on it here - https://laconca.it/en/villas-with-private-pool/villa-vallorsaia/
The villa consists of 6 individual apartments, each with their own kitchen, bathrooms, and living area. The villa has a pool and sits on a massive 700 acre estate consisting of 3 other villas. It is 5km up the driveway, so not walkable to town. When the guest list is final, specific accommodation details will be provided.
The nearest town is called Sansepolcro, it is quite small, however it does have grocery stores, restaurants, and all the essentials. There is a larger city, Arezzo (also the name of the province), that is only 40 mins from the villa by car. In Arezzo you can find car rentals as well as major train hubs. Arezzo will likely be the city you train to. From Arezzo you can either rent a car, take a cab or Uber straight to the villa, bus to Sansepolcro, or have Matt/Vanessa come and pick you up :)
