Flight
The closest airport to our venue is Naples International Airport (NAP), located about two hours from Castello di Rocca Cilento. We recommend flying into Naples for the most convenient access to the Cilento Coast. From Naples, guests can reach the area by private transfer, rental car, or train to Santa Maria di Castellabate. More detailed transportation options will be shared closer to the date.
Flight
Alternatively, guests may choose to fly into Rome’s Fiumicino Airport (FCO) and make their way down the coast. Rome is approximately four hours from the venue by car or train. This option is perfect if you'd like to explore more of Italy — including the Amalfi Coast or Rome itself — before heading south for the wedding weekend. More detailed transportation suggestions and timing will be shared closer to the date.
Travel Note
If you want to turn your journey into part of the experience, consider taking a ferry along the Amalfi Coast on your way south. The ferry is a beautiful, breezy way to take in Italy’s most iconic seaside views — no driving or train tracks required! During the summer season (including June), ferries run daily between Naples, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, and several other towns along the coast. While there is no direct ferry from Naples to Agropoli, you can hop your way down the coast and combine your trip with an overnight stay in one of these postcard-perfect towns. How to do it: From Naples: Take a ferry to Sorrento, Positano, or Amalfi Spend a night or two exploring the coast From Amalfi or Salerno, take a train or private transfer to Agropoli or Santa Maria di Castellabate Ferry Tips: Ferries operate most frequently between early June and late September Check current routes and book tickets via Travelmar, NLG, or Alilauro Seating is open, but arrive early for the best views (top deck = magic) Luggage is allowed, but pack light — there may be stairs and docks involved! This option is great for guests looking to turn the trip into a romantic mini-tour of the coast — just give yourself an extra night or two to enjoy the ride.

We recommend that all guests stay in Santa Maria di Castellabate, a charming coastal town just south of the Amalfi Coast. This hidden gem is known for its scenic beaches, walkable streets, and authentic Italian charm — all without the crowds of more touristy destinations. Santa Maria is not only beautiful, but also central to all wedding events. All group transportation will depart from this area, so staying nearby will make the weekend smooth and stress-free.
