Are COVID-19 Vaccinations required for the event?

Answer

Yes. We request that all guests are fully vaccinated (and boosted) against COVID-19 to ensure the health and safety of our loved ones. Call us those crazy physicians, but we stand firmly by science and want to protect all of you to the best of our abilities. We will follow local and national COVID-19 guidelines. You're welcome.

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail attire appropriate for a Colorado fall wedding (i.e. bring a layer for when the evening turns crisp). Note, too, that the ceremony and reception will be on a grass surface; please plan footwear accordingly. Cowboy boots and hats 100% welcome. We might just showcase some of this attire too!

Are children invited to the event?

Answer

While we love your children dearly and bet that you do too (no need to answer that), we are hoping to make this an adult only event and to provide you with the opportunity to step out on the town without your little ones in tow (you're welcome again). Young children of family or infants of family/friends are an exception. Please talk with us directly if this becomes a barrier to your ability to join the celebrations.

Can I park at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes. Ample parking will be available at the Niwot Farm. If the interest/ need is high enough, we will also work to arrange for a shuttle from the main hotel location. As for the Friday night events at Avanti, if you are within walking distance or can use a taxi/uber, that would be ideal. Parking may be a challenge to find and may be a little pricey with the upcoming football game so we would advise coming prepared for this. If you are unfamiliar with the area and would like some guidance with setting up a shuttle/transportation/directions from where you are staying, please feel free to reach out as we are always happy to help!

Your presence at our celebration is more than enough!!! While we do appreciate your thoughtful generosity, we are refraining from a registry that includes household items. In lieu of a bread maker, we have brainstormed two meaningful gift options: 1. We have partnered with charity that has special meaning to us.
