Things To Do

Here are a few fun things to check out on Kent Island/Stevensville, MD. Includes some nature walks and of course restaurant/bar recommendations! We also added a few of our favorite Annapolis spots if you happen to come early/stay a few days later.

Terrapin Nature Park

191 Log Canoe Circle, Stevensville, MD 21666

Beautiful waterfront park with over 6 miles of trails. Great views of the Bay Bridge. Would make a day of it and go for a bike ride from hotels using the Cross Island Trail.

Cross Island Trail

Cross Island Trail, Kent Narrows, MD

The trail is 6.5 miles long, spanning east to west from Terrapin Park to the Chesapeake Heritage and Visitor Center at Kent Narrows, with future plans for expansion. The trail wanders through farmlands, meadows and woods accented with ornamental trees. Flanked by park benches, the trail crosses several creeks with wooden bridges, offering a spectacular view of waterfowl and wetlands.

Cult Classic Brewing

1169 Shopping Center Road, Stevensville, MD 21666

Fun brewery in an old grocery store. Serves food beer and other beverages. Cool events and live music weekly.

Bridges Restaurant on Kent Narrows

321 Wells Cove Road, Grasonville, MD 21638

Have been here several times and the food is always great, but not as great as the waterfront views! Walking distances from the Hyatt or Holiday Inn Express.

Senor Chile - Kent Island

Sister restaurant to one of our favorites in Annapolis. Solid margaritas and anything from the grill will not disappoint!

The Jetty

201 Wells Cove Road, Grasonville, MD 21638

The famous Jetty on Kent Island. We will most likely end up there at least one night but don't miss a chance to check out the classic dock bar. There's always live music on weekends and great crushes!

Taco Bell

If you really need one of our favorite late night snacks or hangover cures, don't fear, there's a taco bell near!
