Flight
West Jefferson and Todd are located 2 hours from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. For out of state or long-distance travelers we recommend using this airport as it will provide ample options for flights.
Rental Car
Rental car companies are located in the Rental Car Facility in the Level 2 lobby of the Hourly Deck in front of the terminal at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. All questions regarding rates, reservations and availability should be directed to the individual companies listed on the website.
Shuttle

On the wedding day, shuttle transportation will be provided from central locations in West Jefferson and at Jefferson Landing Club. Shuttle locations, times, and additional details will be shared on this page closer to the wedding day. We strongly encourage our guests to use the shuttles due to the remote location and limited parking on-site at Headwaters. Be sure to bookmark this page and check back in closer to our wedding weekend for more shuttle details!
Hotel
The newly renovated historic hotel with 17 rooms is NOW available for booking reservations. Please click the view button to make your reservations. Room details (pictures) and amenities will be limited on this link - but you can reserve your room with a credit card.

We have reserved several room options at Jefferson Landing, including lodge rooms, suites, the 2BR Birkdale condo, and the 4BR townhomes at Misty Meadows, Mountain View, and Whispering Pines. The reservation desk can provide floor plans and rates for these various options. To reserve lodging at Jefferson Landing, call Jeremy’s Lodge at 336-982-6400. Any lodging not reserved 30 days before August 22nd will be released.
House Or Rental
While Airbnb and VRBO are well recognized national brands, we have identified Stay Blue Ridge as an excellent LOCAL company who can provide personal assistance in evaluating house and cabin rental options in the West Jefferson area. Erin is the designated concierge contact who is aware of our wedding group and will know details about our wedding event and the area in general.
