If you click the "view" link below you will see where we have blocked off rooms that you can reserve for 1 or 2 nights if needed. The cut-off date for reserving a room at the discounted rate is 5/2/2026. The hotel does have free parking. We will provide transportation from the hotel to the venue. The shuttle will pick up at the Holiday Inn Express 2:45pm, then back to the hotel from the reception and after party.
