When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 31st, 2024, this allows us to give a rough estimate for catering and venue seating accommodations.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes of course! The food will be completely peanut free and there will be gluten and dairy-free options.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual attire, please feel free to wear what you are most comfortable in (not your birthday suit please). Please note the reception is an outdoor space.

When is the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be July 11th, 2025 in the Tobacco Root Mountains. Only immediate family will attend, but we look forward to celebrating with everyone on July 12th at our Livingston Train Depot reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes of course! This is an outdoor event and weather can fluctuate in Montana any month of the year, so please bring the appropriate attire for kiddos along.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes! Per the depot: For guest parking, the entire space throughout the Depot Park on Park Street is designated with signage stating the above or "Depot Guest Parking." Your guests are welcome to park anywhere in the parking lot except for spots that say Gourmet Cellar or Museum Director.
