For guests staying at the SpringHill Suites Hotel, three buses will depart promptly for the wedding between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM. Please note that there will be no additional bus trips to the venue, so we kindly ask that you plan to be on one of these three buses if you are relying on this service. If you have only booked the hotel for Friday, June 12th, please be aware that check-in is likely not available until 3:00 PM. This may leave very little time to check in before boarding the bus, and in some cases you may run out of time and need to check in after the wedding when returning to the hotel. If you would prefer more time to get ready or settle in, we recommend considering booking an additional night (Thursday, June 11th) so you can enjoy a more relaxed arrival.

Buses back to the hotel will start running around 10:00 PM, as the reception comes to an end. The after party will be held at the SpringHill Suites Hotel bar.
